IU is breaking ground today on a $10 million life-sciences and Internet-technology incubator in Bloomington. The new facility will be 40,000 square feet and is scheduled for completion by July. It will be built at 10th Street and the State Road 45/46 bypass. The school already has a 67,500-square-foot incubator downtown on the Central Canal. That facility is 98 percent occupied, with 23 tenants. What do you think of the new facility, which was designed by Indianapolis-based BSA LifeStructures?
