Standard Management Corp. is projecting a 2005 loss topping $20 million, and its stock has fallen below a minimum share price required by the NASDAQ exchange. New guidelines due out in June will call for newly constructed hospitals to come equipped with all private patient rooms, the first time such a minimum requirement has been issued.
