Investigators are looking into police behavior during a Saturday arrest caught on video by a resident of Tuscan Pointe apartments off Southport Road. On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity increased 5.3 percent for the week ended April 15, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.
