The seller, RBA LLC, a joint venture of Browning Investments and Republic Development, was represented by J. Jeffrey Castell and Angela J. Wethington of Cassidy Turley. The buyer represented itself.

-Boehning Way LLC bought 1.5 acres of land at 2140 N. Boehning Way. The price wasn’t disclosed. The seller, GH Properties LP, was represented by Tracey Holtzman of Midland Atlantic. The buyer represented itself.
