Developer Paul Kite is back for a third round in his battle with Nora residents to develop a condominium/retail project on the last undeveloped corner of 86th Street and Keystone Avenue. The university has proposed a complex funding plan to address crumbling infrastructure resulting from declining state funding. And more than half of them are employed or dependent on someone who works for a small business, according to the National Federation of Independent Business. It’s a big problem-especially in Indiana. PSI Energy Inc. has reached a preliminary settlement with the state’s utility consumer counselor on how its 750,000 Indiana ratepayers will fare under the merger of parent Cinergy Corp. with Duke Energy.
