    1. Yes exactly. If they left the cars behind, Joe could give them to homeless people, city paying all operating cost of course, then they are dual use, transportation, and a place to sleep. But woe is them. . .

    1. I’m sorry but no where in Indianapolis is “desperate” for street parking. There are so many parking lots and garages already within walking distance. And if we are so “desperate” I do not think the 3 or 4 spots is going to make a difference

  1. But don’t blame them our streets are turning into a dump the highway’s all directions are full of trash and over growth the drain’s are clogged from no maintenance our city looks like Chicago. Now it’s acting like a suburb of Chicago . What a waste of a good thing.
