I laughed and laughed when I read that companies’ leaders make decisions that they think are best for their employees. Which companies are those that have employees best interest at heart? In my experience, companies’ leaders have the company’s best interest (i.e. bottom line) at heart, not the employees’ best interest. Of course, companies’ leaders probably don’t object if the company’s interests and the employees interest happen to coincide, but to suggest that company leaders make decisions in the best interest of their employees is just too funny.
