  1. The small house on the site should be moved to a local lot just like Habitat for Humanity does when they build a home at the State Fair. Much bigger multi story brick buildings have been moved and my brother’s house was moved 60 miles away when he wanted to build a new house on the site.

    Would provide a new living structure instead of demolishment and isn’t that the purpose of the project? I think this house was recently remodeled.

    Density on that corner is one of the biggest concern as is the entry and exit point.
