There’s no way their gonna have 2 stores so close together. Will probably close the Castleton store once this opens.
Why would they get a license if they weren’t doing it? That area is growing and would serve the northern areas.
This location would be roughly 12 miles from Castleton. The location at 86th and Michigan is only about 10 miles away from Castleton and both stores are always busy while not being very far from each other. I don’t imagine they would abandon Castleton and alienate a larger population to jump ship to Noblesville. I actively avoid the Castleton location due to how busy it is. This might make me actually return to the Castleton location instead of going to Michigan Road.
Agreed. I go to Michigan Road due to the crowds in Castleton. Was a reason I joined the BJ’s a few weeks ago. I would imagine this story will do very well and help split the crowds just like the Avon store for that side of town.
Now we need a Trader Joe’s in Hamilton County
I think TJ is much more likely to open up in Fort Wayne than anyewhere in the Indy metro.
Trader Joes opened a Fort Wayne location about 2 years ago. I suspect the next location would go in near Greenwood if anywhere, but most markets our size usually only have two Trader Joe’s.
According to the Castleton store, it is their busiest store in the Midwest. They obviously know what they’re doing
