  1. “Elon Musk restored the Twitter account of former president Donald Trump on Saturday, a pivotal move that could help the platform’s once loudest, bluntest force regain online attention just as a new presidential election begins.”

I’m pretty sure early voting for the next presidential election doesn’t start for at least another 21 months. It would be nice if the media could actually cover news a little in between actual elections instead of acting as if we’re legitimately in another campaign season as soon as the last election ends.

    1. Musk actually wanted to get out of the deal to buy Twitter, citing the rampant number of bots on the platform. So now as its owner, he polls Twitter users on the question of allowing Trump back on the site. “Yes” prevailed, but by only four points. Question: how many bots voted, and which side were they on?

  2. Elon Musk is treating Twitter just like Putin is treating Ukraine. Beating up the people , destroying the infrastructure then demanding total loyalty to himself.

    1. Twitter laid off people and gave severance packages. People also quit on their own, and everyone is free to leave
Putin staged a military invasion of a country. The numbers are fuzzy, but thousands are dead. Yes, the two situations are exactly alike.
