    1. Some people are just ignorant enough to give government all of the house money up front without question (e.g. the GOP legislative super majority) and based upon emotion (win at all costs!). Transparency and accountability don’t eliminate progress unless you’re the entity that has to be more transparent and accountable – especially with taxpayer dollars.

    2. Explain how you’re supposed to be transparent with secret negotiations for billion dollar projects like the LEAP project or even the Honda plant in Greensburg.

  1. How does this work for purchase of multiple parcels? Giving public notice after first purchase drives up price of other desired parcels rendering a project not feasible financially.
