An accused vandal was captured early Wednesday morning in downtown Indianapolis. Marion County deputies and officers with the U.S. Marshal’s Office arrested Miguel Villanueva at 2 a.m. in the 100 block of South Pennsylvania Street. Villanueva, of Richmond, is a self-proclaimed “graffiti artist” who is suspected of leaving his tag, “Choke,” on dozens of buildings in Indianapolis and around the country.
