  1. I am so impressed with this team & I love their show. They are also 1 of the teams who helped with the “Brady house” transformation. They have put Indianapolis in a good light to help with the renovation.

  2. well the show is funny since the demolition is unrealistic. real contractors do not go in in such an unsafe manor but i understand that it makes for entertainment. they appear to be sitting on much inventory and that is worrisome and their business model also worries me in that for example a property put on the market in Feb is still on the market 8 months later and discounted by almost $100,000…They are trying to make money but the outright gentrification without pricing without some more modest redo’s so that some of the redone properties can turn at a level where people that work and or are originally from the area can afford them, and hopefully the inventory will not push the property taxes in the footprint too high for the existing homeowners especially those on a fixed income
