The Capital Improvement Board on Feb. 4 put out a request for bids for a new point-of-sale system to be used throughout Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The system would be used for concessions, vending, and in-seat services, as well as at the Indiana Pacers team store and the arena’s restaurant and lounge areas.
The new system would also have to have online and offline modes and cloud connectivity. It would be used for all fieldhouse events, including sports, meetings, conventions and private engagements.
The Capital Improvement Board is expected to make its pick by April 12.•
