  1. The Sexton Co must be very proud to see what they built all those years ago is still setting records in the Indianapolis market. No fault of theirs, it’s a shame to see what happened to the sister property Lake Nora Arms. Hope the new owner’s clean and fix it up.

    1. It is a great story if what good property management and bad property management can do to a property

  2. I hope the new ownership and management do a better job than the current. That whole quadrant has become a disaster the past few years because of Lake Castleton Apartments. It has killed the retail and restaurants in the area and not helped the other property values. Crime rate has skyrocketed including shootings and deaths. Such a shame, just coming out of college, Lake Castleton was the place to live, albeit that was 30 years ago.
