Yes! Donald T. Rump. The first POTUS to have a double digit IQ. Although, he was smart (or dumb) enough to send his SIL Jared (if Rump made the trip after leaving office it would be too conspicuous) with a bunch of documents to Saudi Arabia and for $2B/US to be paid in return. What were the documents? Go research WMD countries and notice that the Saudis are on the list but not as a nuclear country…until Rump made the deal. $2B was more than Rump could possibly pass up. So the question becomes: if Rump manages to get re-elected in 2024 (he will then be older than Biden was when he was elected and during the campaign, Rump had to keep pointing out the age issue but will [obviously] ignore any references to that in the future) he will create a mental pardon (just like when he declassified documents by thinking about it) for himself, causing SCOTUS to have to examine the legality of, “Can the POTUS pardon themself?” at some point in the future. Or, he’ll actually write “I pardon Donald T. Rump of any and all legal offenses.” just in case he needs it. Now, what he *can’t* pardon himself for are the trips he used to make into the dressing rooms of the underage beauty pageant contestants so he could fondle them.
