  1. Gerrymandering exists in Indiana. For example, take a look at the Indiana House map for Monroe County, which is represented by 5 different legislators. This was intentional to dilute the Democratic-leaning voters with more Republican voters from neighboring counties. A similar technique was used for the congressional districts around Indianapolis.
