  1. Well, I can sympathize with Rep. Soliday after having tried to get Comcast and AT&T to move their wires OFF a pole that AES was willing to relocate out of the way of some development.

    AES puts in a new pole, attaches their wires, then whacks the top off the old pole…and you’re on your own to get the other utilities to re-hang their wires. Good luck. It takes an Act of G*D, because there are no humans available to discuss it.
