It’s another incoherent ruling from the Roberts Court. They ruled the Constitution didn’t protect the right to abortion because it wasn’t deeply rooted in the nation’s history, when it wasn’t actually prohibited when the Constitution was passed … now they’re declining to overturn same sex marriage, which wasn’t legal until the last 20 years.
Originalism is so much nonsense.
