Please don’t mess up the facade!
We shall see. These buildings were a project designed by John Dinkeloo of Roche-Dinkeloo whose previous partner was Ero Saarinen. This is a significant project if not completely appreciated. Supposedly the original layout of the project was with Saarinen. It called for 11 towners not just three.
Panera and Starbucks… Just what we need more of in that area.

The property, which consists of 102,176 square feet of interior space on 18.99 acres, is currently assessed for tax purposes at $5,195,900. That works out to just under $51.00 per square foot. Any guesses as to what KennMar paid for it?
I live on the other side of the lake and woods. I’m hoping for a Papa Murphy’s and Hobby Lobby. I know. I know. I know …. I’m dreaming.
Booooooooo!
