    1. We shall see. These buildings were a project designed by John Dinkeloo of Roche-Dinkeloo whose previous partner was Ero Saarinen. This is a significant project if not completely appreciated. Supposedly the original layout of the project was with Saarinen. It called for 11 towners not just three.

    1. I wonder if that means the Panera at Willow Lake will be closing. It doesn’t have a drive-thru last I checked and I’m sure Panera would love to be in a new, drive thru friendly location.

    2. The Panera at Willow Lake will be relocating.
There has been quite a bit of tenant turnover at Willow Lake.
I am hopeful that the owner will find quality tenants to replace Pier One, Starbucks, Panera, Bravo.

  1. The property, which consists of 102,176 square feet of interior space on 18.99 acres, is currently assessed for tax purposes at $5,195,900. That works out to just under $51.00 per square foot. Any guesses as to what KennMar paid for it?

  2. I live on the other side of the lake and woods. I’m hoping for a Papa Murphy’s and Hobby Lobby. I know. I know. I know …. I’m dreaming.
