    1. “Pressed on his tariffs helping to increase consumer prices, Trump acknowledged, “I say they may, in some cases” have that effect. “But to a large extent they’ve been borne by other countries,” the president added.”

The continual bluster is just amazing. I don’t understand how anyone believes the continual “I’m the smartest man in every room I walk into” nonsense.

He was wrong. Everyone knew tariffs would play out like this. He so mentally damaged he can’t admit he was wrong about anything, and he has to change the topic and lash out at others continually to keep people from noticing his numerous flaws. (We’re going to attack Venezuela why?)

He has no business running a hot dog stand in NYC, much less a country with nuclear weaponry that he alone controls. And the Republican Party bears full responsibility for what they allowed to happen to themselves, and they deserve a banishment to the history books much like Trump himself. Trump’s name will be infamous for generations, and his offspring will start changing their names any day now to avoid the stench.

    2. Joe, he clearly didn’t pay attention at Wharton, where he could have learned a whole lot about economics and management.

    3. Sure, but somewhere along the way, he was smart enough to figure out how to serve as a savior to people … who have been screwed by people like him for generations. Give him credit for that, however he managed it.

Maybe all people needed was permission to blame all their problems on a black or brown person, or the transgendered, or Obama or Biden or Hillary … whatever he tapped into has worked quite well for him.

    4. Joe B, I don’t remember you complaining when Biden was spending money like a drunken sailor and prices were skyrocketing.
Maybe the Democrats should be banished to the history books since they’re the ones that installed their own candidate who didn’t receive one delegate vote.

    5. Democrats spend money on programs for social spending to benefit citizens, Republicans give the wealthy tax cuts to buy second jets and third yachts.
