Former Subway pitchman faces lawsuit from victim

Former Subway pitchman and Zionsville resident Jared Fogle is being sued by a girl who was one of the victims in the sex-crimes case that sent him to federal prison for more than 15 years. The suit seeks $150,000 each from Fogle and his former associate, Russell Taylor.

Federal prosecutors have filed court documents saying they will seek the maximum agreed-upon sentence for former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle, who has agreed to plead guilty to child pornography and sex-crime charges. Fogle’s attorneys are seeking five years.
