Indiana high school group plans statewide TV network

The Indiana High School Athletic Association has signed a three-year contract with Indianapolis television station WTTV to
broadcast state championship events.

Parker leaving local Fox TV affiliate

After more than 16 years at Fox59, anchor Cheryl Parker is leaving the station to be with her husband and their twin, 20-month-old
daughters.  "This is an extremely difficult decision," said Parker. "However, my family has to come first." 
Parker started at Fox59 as a reporter before becoming the station's weekend anchor. She later joined Bob Donaldson and
Brian Wilkes, who have been together for 13 years, making them the longest-running anchor team in central Indiana. She will
remain with the station through the May sweeps period, with her final night being May 26.

NCAA signs new TV deal despite financial losses

injury at a 2008 fundraiser for Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi. IMPD also has cut back overtime
hours allowed for Brizzi's security detail, one of its most prolific overtime producers.
