-IL & IN Restaurant Realty bought 1.35 acres at 9750 North by Northeast Blvd., Fishers. The price was not disclosed. The buyer, the central Indiana franchisee for International House of Pancakes, is beginning construction of an IHOP at the site. The buyer was represented by Chris Hake and Tony Orlando of Thompson Thrift. The seller, Kincaid Holdings LLC, represented itself.

-MJT Management bought three-quarters of an acre at the southeast corner of Southport Road and Rampart Drive in front of a Meijer store. The price was not disclosed. The buyer, which plans to build a Rally’s restaurant on the site, was represented by Chris Hake of Thompson Thrift. The seller, Meijer Stores Limited, represented itself.

-Resource Planning Group bought a 1,400-square-foot business condo at 12574 Promise Creek Lane, Fishers. The price was not disclosed. Both the buyer and seller, Promise Road Business Park, were represented by Paul Dick of Colliers International.
