On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity increased 11.3 percent for the week ended May 21, according
to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The rate for 30-year mortgages fell to 4.80 percent from 4.83 percent the previous week.
The rate for 15-year mortgages increased to 4.25 percent from 4.19 percent.

-Furniture Biz leased 15,700 square feet at Cherry Tree Plaza, 9701 E. Washington St. The tenant and landlord, Winkal Holdings, were represented by John Schick of The Broadbent Co.

-Tuesday Morning leased 15,108 square feet at Merchants Square, 2160 East 116th Street, Carmel.  The tenant was represented by Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, Merchants 450 LLC, was represented by Jacque Haynes and Del Demao of Cassidy Turley.

-Goodin Abernathy & Miller LLP leased 7,965 square feet at 8900 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by John Corey of Levi Investment Realty Inc. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. leased 6,480 square feet at 4642 Northwestern Drive, Zionsville. The landlord, SMB LLC, was represented by Brett Spitzer and Jason Speckman of NAI Olympia Partners.  The tenant represented itself.

-Intecare Inc renewed and expanded its 3,959-square-foot lease at 8604 Allisonville Road. The landlord, Castle Creek Office LLC, was represented by Gus Sevastianos and Brian Fitzgerald of Citimark Management Co. Inc. The tenant represented itself.

-Nelnet Inc. subleased 3,800 square feet at 10500 Kincaid Drive, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Brooke Augustin and Bryan Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The lessor, Samex Capital Partners LLC and Samex Capital Advisors LLC, represented themselves.

-Philo Urban Metals Technology Corp. leased 3,600 square feet at 5709 W. 85th St. in Park 100. The tenant was represented by Raymond Modglin of The Modglin Group. The landlord, ProLogis, was represented by Brett Spitzer and Jason Speckman of NAI Olympia Partners.

-Long’s Mattress World leased 3,000 square feet at Castleton Point, 82nd Street and Allisonville Road. The tenant was represented by Chris Carmen of Centre Properties. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s John Beuoy.

B and N Wilson Holdings LLC bought a 13,350-square-foot industrial building at 2240 Distributors Drive. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by J.D. Graves of Cassidy Turley. The seller, IndiLABEL LLC, represented itself.
