On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity increased 14.6 percent for the week ended Feb. 26, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The rate for 30-year mortgages decreased to 4.95 percent from 5.03 percent the previous week. The rate for 15-year mortgages fell to 4.27 percent from 4.35 percent.

–Chip Barnes, Matt Dickerson and Brett Spitzer of NAI Olympia Partners have been hired by Holladay Properties to market its World Connect campus, which is within the Ameriplex development just south of Interstate 70 and Indianapolis International Airport. World Connect comprises eight sites being marketed to house logistics facilities.

An autopsy is set for Monday to find out how Perry Township Constable Roy Houchins died over the weekend. Houchins was found
dead in the parking lot of a south-side Indianapolis bar Saturday morning. Investigators say it looks like he fell and hit
his head. Houchins was under federal investigation in an alleged badge-selling scheme and was due to face trial this month
on charges that he stole two guns from the Marion County sheriff's department property room.

Indianapolis police believe carbon monoxide fumes from a generator killed an east-side Indianapolis man and his dog late Sunday night. Police say a friend stopped by the man’s home near Emerson Avenue and English Avenue about 10 p.m. and found 45-year-old Brian D. Beckley and his dog dead. The friend told police that the man did not have electricity in the home and was using a generator for power.

At least four people were taken to the hospital Monday morning, including one person in critical condition, following a series
of related crashes on the south side of Indianapolis. Police said two men in a Pontiac Firebird drove away from one accident
scene after crashing into another vehicle. While fleeing, they tried to run a red light at Shelby Street and Southern Avenue,
but were struck by a truck with three children inside. The truck then crashed into a red Corvette. Fox59 will have more at
