Restructuring throws Dow farm unit for loss

Eli Lilly and Co. profit grew 10 percent in the fourth quarter, to $986.4 million, on the strength of sales for its newer products. At the market’s peak, builders churned out more than 12,000 new homes a year in central Indiana. In the current slump, new-home
