Gregg Appliances Inc. said today it plans to launch its long-expected initial public offering. Decatur County Commissioners have approved a 425-acre industrial park near the Honda Motor Co. assembly plant under construction at Greensburg. Moody’s Investors Service today downgraded the city’s financial rating, citing "significant challenges funding its public safety, justice and other social service functions."
