Indianapolis Public Safety Director Frank Straub said Tuesday morning that he has no intention of resigning. Straub said the

On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity increased 13 percent for the week ended Aug. 13, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association.
