Supporters push puppy mill legislation-WEB ONLY

A news conference at the Statehouse today urged lawmakers to pass legislation to protect man’s best friend. The bill is aimed at shutting down puppy mills by strengthening Indiana’s anti-cruelty code and providing minimum standards for care for dogs living in large facilities.
