Carmel Mayor Jim Brainard just leveraged the city for another $247M in bonds. I think the first thing the people need to do is set term limits. These guys stay in office too long and start feeling entitled. It’s Hazard County, Kentucky, and Boss Hog runnin’ things. These guys never get tired of spending other people’s money.
