  1. BR has really seen a turnover in tenants in the last 5 years Several prominent spaces that have remained vacant for much longer than normal. I wonder if Midtown Carmel has not reduced some of the appeal of BR. Combine the free parking and “newer” offerings make me think that Midtown has sucked some of the wind out of BR’s sails.

    1. Plus, if you haven’t been downtown in the Bottleworks Mass area, it is hopping. I suspect that also impacted BR.

    1. If that’s true (doubtful) it’s probably the worst time in recent history to get greedy on lease pricing. Small businesses are closing all over the place. Easy setup for a long vacancy.
