55 dbs???Isn’t a car 70 decibels? Is normal noise 65 dbs? I’m very confused by the ever changing proposals. If the city doesn’t want data centers and tax revenue just say so, get the moratorium and go along with the small voices who fill up the input forms and phone lines and social media. Enough already.
