  1. I’m curious what kind of raises and equity payouts the top 5 executives have given themselves over the past several years. If it’s more than the workers got, I can see the workers’ logic behind holding out for more.

  2. Executive and factory work skill sets are very different. Not realistic to equate the two. With that said, Deere executives can’t be too sharp or they would never have a union.
