  1. Luxury living surrounded by surface parking lots?

Perhaps OK for some but the sketch appear unattractive. Underground, pedestal, or a hidden parking ramp would allow for landscaped surrounds that would better fit the so-called luxury description.

    1. I agree, I needs more town center like with green spaces. large surface parking lots having dominated the American landscape for far too long.

  2. Who would pay $1,200 for a studio apartment in Whitestown? I’d get it if it was in Downtown Carmel, Fishers, or Zionsville. I’d even get it if it were part of creating a new “downtown” for Whitestown. This just looks a plain and boring suburban apartment complex.

    1. people are already paying that money in the apartments across from the old Wrecks junk yard. I have a client looking to buy a home, he is spending $1,795 a month for a 800 sq.ft 2 bedroom apartment.

  3. Pedcor does great product. Just look at what they’ve done in Carmel. The fact that they are willing to develop here speaks volumes to the up and coming nature of Whitestown and this overall area.
