  1. So why are there only two zip codes in Marion County and what is it going to take to change that. If you highlight the problem at least report the solution if there is one.

    1. “To expand the program, the library requires affiliates with secured funding or a fundraising plan to pay for the cost of books. In Indiana, the state pays $1.10 for each book per child per month, or half the book’s cost, and the local partner is responsible for the other half.”

      My assumption would be additional local partners in those zip codes.
