  2. Tagging on to Daniel W, I too have wondered especially about the Intercontinental and the Kimpton, and Aloft too. What’s the latest on these projects?

    1. You really don’t understand how TIF bonds work, do you? What part of that money do you think is your “hard earned tax money”?

  3. What stops developers from selling property (like this) for a future profit and not paying back any money? Tax code is complex but so is corporations, LLCs, and layers of red tape.
