They should be in the same game as other industries where if the risk is successful they are reqarded, if the risk is unsuccessful then it is their loss and not that of the customer. How many years did we pay for the Marbel Hill Nuclear Plant debacle?
I do not know why everything is made to be so complicated. Fundamentally I should know how much I pay per kilowatt hour. But you know what that’s nowhere on my bill. I have to go and do a calculation or go through some gyrations on their website. Focus on consumer transparency.
