“The Bob & Tom Show” has extended its syndication agreement with Westwood One—a deal that will keep the locally produced morning radio show on more than 100 stations across the United States for several years to come.

“Bob & Tom” has been with Cumulus Media subsidiary Westwood One since the beginning of 2014, following 18 years of national syndication under the Premiere Networks distribution arm of Clear Channel Communications (now iHeartMedia).

Westwood One is the largest audio network in the nation, delivering content to more than 8,000 media outlets and 245 million listeners. “Bob & Tom” is currently heard on 103 Westwood One affiliates.

A media release announcing the extension called the deal a “multi-year agreement.” An official with the show said the deal was for at least three years.

“Bob & Tom,” which originates from Indianapolis classic rock station WFBQ-FM 94.7—better known as Q95—has been on the air since 1983.

Co-founder Bob Kevoian retired from the show in December 2015, leaving co-host Tom Griswold and a cast of other personalities, including Chick McGee and Kristi Lee, to carry on.

The show remains at the top or near the top in most rating categories among morning programs aired in the Indianapolis area.

Kevoian and Griswold were inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 2015.
