Letter: Remember congressional votes at next election

Your front-page article, “Fueling growth: Local companies eye big opportunities in federal infrastructure package,” in the Nov. 26 edition should excite most Hoosiers for the positive impact it will have not only on Indiana businesses, but most importantly, on the improved quality of our lives. The improvements to our infrastructure, our water quality, access to the internet and many other aspects of life are impressive.

I sincerely hope that all proud Hoosiers remember the names of the seven members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the two members of the U.S. Senate from Indiana who voted against this impactful legislation. Hopefully, each one of them is embarrassed about their “no” vote and their constituents remember this the next time they vote!
