  1. It’s about time! Good luck to Town of Speedway, and let’s get R done! This time utilize state of the art design, construction and operation! No mediocre development, especially at that front door to the town location!

  2. The town and Penske could have joined forces for a one of a kind 1-2 day package deal: Hotel, Meals, IMS Museum, Lap around the track. A very poorly handled eye-sore disaster. Nothing says ‘success’ like an empty, partly constructed, weed infested skeleton of concrete at the doorstep of the town and IMS itself.

  3. There should always be a deadline for these projects proposed by developers and if they don’t meet the deadline they either get an extension or forfeit the property. It is ridiculous this has gone on so long. We have the same situation in my community. A property at the entrance to our town is allowed to just sit empty for years and we have to watch it disintegrate.
