The town and Penske could have joined forces for a one of a kind 1-2 day package deal: Hotel, Meals, IMS Museum, Lap around the track. A very poorly handled eye-sore disaster. Nothing says ‘success’ like an empty, partly constructed, weed infested skeleton of concrete at the doorstep of the town and IMS itself.
