    1. You’re just now getting to that point? For me it was the extra half million Americans he helped kill with misinformation in the Pandemic.

  1. And yet he still believes, in his deranged mind, that tariffs are paid for “the other guy” and will make the U.S. rich. No, it is making the citizens poorer. What a blithering idiot he and his advisors.

    1. And our Republican senators continue to be silent, leading to the inevitable conclusion that they favor the destruction of the economy and shredding of the Constitution.

  2. For Trump 1.0, it seemed his only real policy was to make sure the stock market continued to do well despite the fact the lower and middle classes were withering.

With Trump 2.0, I think his tech-bro financial backers have emboldened him chuck that goal out the window. He doesn’t need the stock market to do well now because he has billionaire friends.

I thought our next big global crisis was going to be triggered by some stupid Republican deregulation of crypto-currency. But what really made the great depression even “greater” was the tariffs in the Smoot- Harley tariff act, Trump is too stupid to learn from history. I can see that “Winning” through tariffs is going to be the downfall of US and maybe the world economy.

    1. Thank you for referencing the Smoot-Harley tariff act. I just learned a lot reading about it.
