-First Merchants Bank leased 6,976 square feet at 33 W. 10th St., Suite 100, Anderson. The tenant and landlord, GBC International, were represented by Matt Jackson of Jackson IG.

-Eagle Creek Dermatology leased 3,445 square feet of office space at 6920 Parkdale Place. The tenant was represented by David Kosene of Kosene & Kosene. The landlord, Healthcare Trust of America Inc. was represented by Julia Schnepper Ehret of Healthcare Management of America Inc.
