-Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet leased 15,908 square feet at Honey Creek Plaza, 5390 W. 38th St. The tenant was represented by Mark Sturgis of ADM Commercial Properties. The landlord, Sandor Development, was represented by Jamison Downs of Sandor.

-Mediation Group leased 7,277 square feet at 8888 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Jim Fasone of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.    
   
-Jones Lang LaSalle leased 6,908 square feet at 8900 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Dan O’Neil of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord, Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by John R. Robinson and Abby L. Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Superior Discount Liquor leased 2,800 square feet at Greenwood Springs, 1279 Emerson Ave., Suites E and F, Greenwood. The landlord, Regency Realty Group Inc., was represented by Keith Fried of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The tenant represented itself.

-Tullos Communications leased 1,600 square feet at Geist Crossing Shoppes, 9811 Fall Creek Road. The tenant was represented by Scott Messing of SM Equities LLC. The landlord, Glendale Partners, was represented by Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty.
