-Wisconsin Community Recyclor Inc. leased 7,755 square feet at Circle City Industrial Complex, 1125 Brookside Ave. Greg Witkowski of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. The landlord/owner, Circle City Investors LLC, was represented by Tyler Mensch and Kyle Powell of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

-Alcoa’s Fastening Systems Division leased 20,800 square feet at 5436-5446 W. 78th St., Park 100. Brian Seitz of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Kate Willen of Duke.

-LaForce Inc. leased 8,277 square feet at 7750 Zionsville Road. John Hanley and Nikhil Gunale of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. The landlord/owner, 7750 Zionsville LLC, was represented by Kyle Powell and Michael Weishaar of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

-Wild Ginger Restaurant leased 3,200 square feet at Fishers Town Commons, 116th Street and Fishers Pointe Boulevard. Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate represented the tenant. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Brian Broadbent.

An IBJ review of hundreds of pages of public records shows Christopher P. White and his Premier
Properties USA Inc. are facing major financial and legal challenges. The most glaring signs of trouble: Contractors have filed
more than $3.5 million in liens against Premier’s retail properties in Plainfield; the state of Indiana is trying to
recover $375,000 in sales taxes on White’s airplane; and the contractor who renovated his Lake Clearwater mansion
is suing him to recover more than $600,000 in unpaid bills.

Speedway breaks ground on redevelopment project

Speedway officials broke ground Thursday morning on the first phase of a $500 million redevelopment project they hope will transform the small town into a year-round racing-themed destination.

Man leaves accident scene, collapses in road

November 11, 2009

Witnesses say a man pulled his vehicle into oncoming traffic and caused a crash just south of 96th Street on Allisonville
Road about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. After the accident, the unidentified driver got out of the car and walked away. Later, another
driver found him lying in the middle of the road with a gash on his head. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police aren’t sure if he was hit by a car, but they say the initial accident was minor.
