Indiana gambling regulators have fined Casino Aztar in Evansville $160,500 after arriving at a settlement over inaccurate counts on admissions, according to The Courier-Journal of Louisville. Tax payments are based on admissions. Indiana Gaming Commission Executive Director Ernie Yelton said Aztar would have been fined more had it not cooperated.

Chase Tower in downtown Indianapolis will be managed by Colliers Turley Martin Tucker beginning this week, Colliers announced today. Colliers takes over the job from Equity Office. Terms weren’t disclosed. The contract includes the adjoining Circle Building on Monument Circle. The 48-story, 1 million-square-foot tower, owned by Macquarie Office Trust, is the tallest in Indiana.

CSX Transportation Inc., the railroad based in Jacksonville, Fla., is advertising 90 conductor openings in the Indianapolis area in order to fill positions about to be vacated by retiring baby-boomer and to keep pace with rising shipments.
