A former Rushville police sergeant is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl. Cale Worley, 28, was arrested Friday on a felony charge of official misconduct and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Court documents released Monday allege that Worley and the teenager secretly met late at night while the officer was on duty. They also reportedly exchanged text and Facebook messages.

A fatal crash blocked portions of Interstate 74 near Shelbyville early Tuesday.
