A husband and wife were taken to a hospital with minor injuries Friday morning after a large house fire next to Geist Nursery in the 9800 block of Mollenkoph Road in Fishers. Crews arrived at the fire just before 4:30 a.m. after the nursery’s owners reported their home was on fire. Crews were able to contain the fire in about 15 minutes.
 

A former employee of Wishard Heath Services has been sentenced to four years of home detention and four years of probation for embezzlement. Rebecca Sudhop, 53, of Fishers, was convicted of theft from her position in the accounts receivable department. Sudhop diverted $250,000 in payments intended for the hospital, Wishard disclosed.
 

A 28-year-old Indianapolis man was charged with two counts of murder Thursday night after he called police and said he needed to confess to “something.” Razien McCullough was arrested after police found the bodies of a male and female in the back yard of his home at 337 South Temple Ave. on the city’s northeast side. The victims, who had not been officially identified Friday morning, appeared to have been shot in the home and moved outside. Two children, ages 4 and 8, were found in the home and taken into protective custody.
