Construction
Boyle Construction Management Inc. has been awarded the general construction contract for the build-out of an 8,000-square-foot office for Kaplan College at 9000 Keystone Crossing. The project, by Packard Design, is scheduled to be completed in June.
Housing
On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity decreased 11 percent for the week ended April 2, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The rate for 30-year mortgages increased to 5.31 percent from 5.04 percent the previous week. The rate for 15-year mortgages increased to 4.54 percent from 4.34 percent.
