On a seasonally adjusted basis, the pace of mortgage loan activity dropped 8.5 percent for the week ended Feb. 19, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The rate for 30-year mortgages increased to 5.03 percent from 4.94 percent the previous week. The rate for 15-year mortgages increased to 4.35 percent from 4.33 percent.

Indianapolis police arrested a Fort Wayne man Saturday after he allegedly used a shoe camera to look up women's dresses
at Castleton Square Mall. David Delagrange, 40, approached several women and placed his foot under their dresses to make recordings,
police say. Delagrange was subdued him with a Taser before being taken into custody. He is charged with voyeurism, resisting
arrest, and child exploitation because one of the victims was believed to be a juvenile.
Firefighters rescued a fisherman who fell through the ice Monday morning at Geist Reservoir. A nearby resident heard the
man yelling for help and called 911. Firefighters were able to reach the man, who was about 100 feet from the shore, with
a rope and pull him to safety. The victim, who spent about 30 minutes in the water, spoke with rescuers throughout the ordeal.
He was taken to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
